With the beach a mere 300 meters away and other spectacular beaches like Papa Nero and Plaka within walking distance, you'll have everything you need for a perfect beach getaway right at your doorstep.   Our Homestay," Autumn to Summer," is more than just a place to stay; it's a warm and welcoming home away from home. We've meticulously designed it with your comfort and convenience in mind, offering a central heating system, a central antenna system, and a host of modern amenities. With three bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with two shower rooms, we've thought of everything to ensure you feel right at home during your stay with us. They are designed as: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 futon bed Bedroom 3: 1 double bed  The balcony doors are equipped with nets and TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. Two bedrooms and the living room feature an air conditioning system (heat and freeze air). In contrast, the third bedroom provides a roof fan as it is situated on the semi-ground floor, offering natural cool air. A laptop, board games, blue-ray, a DVD player, and various movies are presented. The Homestay is accessible via 40 steps, and indoor steps take you to the upper and down floors of the house. We also provide a private parking space on the outer space, and the State Parking Spot is a 100meters away and accessible. Please note that the Homestay is not wheelchair accessible. In Agios Ioannis Pelion, you'll find an organized beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, coffee shops, cafes, Beach Bars, Tavernas, Pizza Houses, Pastry spots, Bakery shops, a butcher's, a Pharmacy Store, gift shops and souvenir shops, ATM, a safe playground and Super Markets with fresh fruit and vegetables.
