Description
Winter in Pelion comes strong and frozen to create eerie, distant, yet warm moments next to the lit fireplace. It comes with the smells of roasted chestnuts, brusko (local wine) and snuggling under the covers. Even watching the snow outside the window turn white as the painter's brush slowly turns the landscape white and magical. A landscape dressed in white dominates, adorning the slender beech trees of the mountain and the houses of the traditional villages, with smoke rising from the fireplaces, dancing under the commands of the wind.
Here in Pelion, Christmas becomes a magical journey, offering visitors, through the decorated squares, carefree relaxation with their family or friends, playing and running on the white carpet of the squares, throwing snowballs or making improvised slides.
