Villa En-Helion
is located in northeastern Pelion. Standing on the edge of a steep slope with unlimited view to the Aegean Sea, just above Plaka Beach and Agios Ioannis, on the limit of Anilion village and near the villages Kissos and Agios Dimitrios.
On this very “meeting point” of landscapes, we built Villa En-Helion. It is a three-storey building, designed according to the traditional architecture, in a site of about 1300 sqm, with entrance and parking on the central local road, along the highest’s level limit of the site.
The entrance of the building is on the 2nd Floor at street level. From there starts a staircase which leads to the 1st Floor, as well as to the ground-floor, located on the same level as the yard, the terraces, the pavilion, the swimming pool and the wooden deck. The 1st and 2nd floors have also terraces and balconies.
The Villa’s site is landscaped in levels and it’s full of chestnut trees, olive trees and vineyards, a small vegetable garden, as well as shrubs and flowers. There are also many other interesting corners, such as kiosk, hammock, ping-pong table, glade in the forest, etc.
