Pelion Extreme is one of the most well-known and organized water sports centers in Eastern Pelion, based on the beach of Chorefto. Operating since 1990 under the guidance of experienced professionals (Antonis, Vicky, and others), it offers an excellent combination of relaxation, exploration, and adrenaline in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Boat Tours
Sea excursions are the most popular activity, as they provide access to pristine and hard-to-reach parts of the Pelion coastline.

• The Sea Caves (Poseidon / Thetis): The main tour heads north from Chorefto toward the impressive sea caves (such as the Despot's Cave), in an area of historical significance where Xerxes' fleet was destroyed in 480 BC. There, visitors have the chance to swim inside the caves, while dolphins and Monachus Monachus seals often make an appearance.

• Famous Beaches Tour: The excursions include swimming stops at some of the most exotic beaches of Eastern Pelion, such as Agioi Saranta (with its characteristic "Kalogeros" rock), the cosmopolitan Agios Ioannis, Damouchari (where scenes from the movie Mamma Mia were filmed), the wild Fakistra, and the famous Mylopotamos.

• The Fleet: Tours are usually carried out with modern, safe RIB (Rigid Inflatable) boats, specifically the Rib Zar 59 SL model (6 meters long, with a 150 hp engine, a capacity of 10 people, a sun canopy, and a sound system).

• Cost: Prices for organized excursions range approximately from €45 to €60 per person.

For action lovers and independent sea adventures, Pelion Extreme provides certified instructors and modern safety equipment for:

• Water Skiing & Wakeboarding: Aimed mainly at experienced riders looking to carve through the Aegean waves (indicative cost around €60).

• Jet Ski: Rental of modern PWCs (e.g., Sea-Doo / Yamaha) for fast rides out in the open sea.

• Towable Inflatables (Tubes / Sofa / Donut): A fun experience for groups and families, towed under the guidance of the speedboat (indicative cost around €20 per person).

• Sea Kayaking (Canoe Kayak): Guided tours lasting 2 to 2.5 hours are organized along the coastline. They include a guide, equipment, and a light meal with fresh fruit and water. It is ideal for those seeking a more athletic yet peaceful contact with nature. Single/double canoes are also available for free rental (around €20/hour).

• Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP): Rental of SUP boards with quality carbon paddles to explore nearby coves at your own pace (around €20/hour).

The meeting point and activity base is located right on Chorefto beach, opposite the Aeolos Hotel. Due to high demand during the summer months, booking in advance for boat tours or kayaking is highly recommended.
