The maisonette "Xrysa's endless sea view house" with an amazing view of the endless blue of the Aegean, is 78 sq.m., just 180 meters from the beach of Agios Ioannis Pelion. It consists of two (2) bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, large window with a view, balcony, T.V. , air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The two (2) bedrooms contain a double bed each very good mattresses, balcony bedding can comfortably sleep 4 adults.

In the living room you will find the two (2) sofas for 2 children can also sleep 2 adults. The sofas have very good mattresses.

It only takes a few minutes to drive to the center of the village (Agios Ioannis) or even better, a few minutes walking in the nature among the tall trees, under the blue sky, overlooking the blue Aegean, admiring the vast green of Pelion. Instead, the summer breeze can gently surround you and fill you with fresh sea air! On the beach of Agios Ioannis you will find shops, such as a pharmacy, 3 SOUPER MARKET, 2 bakeries, restaurants, kebab shops, ouzo, snack cafes, Pizza Beach Bar, ATM and an organized beach.

Apart from the beach of Agios Ioannis there are 2 adjacent ones, Plaka beach and Papa Nero beach.  Of course there are many other places to eat that are spread around the nearby villages.
