Casa Selene Sea View is located in the heart of Agios Ioannis with direct access to the beach and the center of the village. You can easily park along the main road where there is no financial charge.
Access to the house is from the main entrance of the Complex and after 25 paved steps that lead to the house.
You can also have direct access to Agios Ioannis beach by descending the 80 comfortable and accessible steps.
The space
The House is available exclusively to guests as well as its outdoor courtyard, where you can admire the Aegean Sea while enjoying your morning coffee.
You will also find beach umbrellas and beach chairs. There is also a playpen and a small dishwasher as well as a large washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove as well as small electrical appliances for coffee and snacks. There is also a large refrigerator.
Guest access
Access to the house is from the main entrance of the Complex and after 45 paved steps leading to the house.
You can also have direct access to the beach of Ai Giannis by descending the 80 comfortable steps.

Casa Selene Sea View is located close to central restaurants and cafes. Super Market Spyros, one of the most central markets in Ai Giannis, can take care of your home delivery with fresh fruits and vegetables and a wide variety of food and drinks.
In the area you will also find an ATM, a Pharmacy and a Butcher as well as two bakeries with daily fresh bread. You will also find some shops with souvenirs for your loved ones and for book lovers a local bookstore. Do not forget to visit the traditional taverns with fresh fish and traditional dishes of Pelion.
